Kultivat Remote is a desktop app for looking after servers and helping people with their computers. These pages are written for people, not for experts: each one tells you what to click and what you should see.

Words you will meet
| Word | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Server | A computer somewhere else that you control, usually over the internet (a "VPS"). |
| SSH | The secure way to log in to a server and type commands on it. |
| Vault | The encrypted storage inside the app for your servers, notes and passwords. Opened with your master password. |
| Client | A customer or a project that you keep servers for. "My servers" is for your own. |
| Relay | A small service on your own server that lets the helper's app and the other person's app find each other. |
| Assist | The small app for the person who needs help. |
